Here's a bit of an 80's nostalgia...Chris "CJ" and I saw Duran Duran in concert tonight at the Sleep Train Pavillion in Concord, CA (only 10 minutes from our house)! It was awesome!
I realized tonight, while singing along with Simon, that it was 20 years ago that the Lanceta girls (Marisa, Marisol, Leizel, Inday Diuts, Neng Ruby and myself; chaperoned by Auntie Inday as we were not allowed to go without her) attended the big Duran Duran concert at Freedom Hall in Louisville. Simon, John, Roger and Nick still look good and they rocked again tonight!
Note to Boyet: No, they didn't look old and wrinkly.
Shout out to my fabulous husband who managed to get tickets for me, ride his bike and drink wine in Napa all day getting home in time to take me to this wonderful show and be my personal photographer/videographer [he rocks!]
